Shipping
Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. Orders are processed on business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
In-stock orders typically process within 2-4 business days. Pre-order or early release items may follow a separate timeline, which will be noted on the product page or order confirmation.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Returns
Unworn, unwashed items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be free from marks, fragrance, deodorant, wear, or damage.
Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked non-returnable are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Damaged Or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
